Title: Principal, Northern Canada - Multi-Project Portfolio Management

Period: July 2024–November 2025

As Principal, Northern Canada, Cory provided business and operational leadership for Colliers Project Leaders’ growing presence in the Northwest Territories.


The role combined business development, networking, public relations and client relationship management with the internal leadership and oversight of project-delivery teams. Cory helped identify and pursue new opportunities, strengthen Colliers’ Northern profile and build relationships with governments, Indigenous organizations, communities, non-profits and other project owners.


Internally, Cory supported the assignment and development of project managers, monitored project performance and resourcing, assisted teams in addressing risks and client needs, and connected Northern assignments with technical expertise and resources from across the company.


The portfolio included a variety of projects and advisory assignments involving housing, municipal and community infrastructure, disaster recovery, energy, transportation and major strategic infrastructure initiatives.

This leadership mandate helped connect business growth with the internal capacity and project oversight required to deliver quality services across a diverse Northern portfolio.
