Founded by Cory Vanthuyne, CORVAN Consultants Ltd, has been providing comprehensive Owner Representative and Project Management services for various clients on a variety of infrastructure projects throughout the north since 2010. We have successfully collaborated on a wide range of projects, including commercial/office buildings, residential housing and multi-unit complexes, healthcare facilities, mine site construction, mine site remediation, and community disaster recovery efforts.

No two construction projects are alike, every project is unique, however, we have managed several projects similar in scope and complexity over the years. For example, we recently completed a large-scale multi residential renovation involving multiple stakeholders, multiple system upgrades, and strict budget and schedule constraints and we have recently been engaged by a new client to provide Owner Representation services for a similar type and size project. No matter the size and complexity at CORVAN we successfully coordinate the project from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
