Delivered annual capital budget of 12 million. Provided overall direction for project planning, implementation, and coordination for new construction and major renovation projects. Provided training to technical staff in the areas of project management, quantity surveying, and communications. Coordinated community input regarding design and construction to ensure that current and future housing designs remained efficient, cost effective and met community needs.
